Registration
Fill in the required information and submit your registration. For group registration, please enter the code provided by your group representative. Group discounts will be applied based on the expected number of participants.
You can also register for the Welcome Reception and replay streaming at the same time. -
Payment
Pay by credit card or bank transfer.
A confirmation email will be sent after payment is complete. -
Receive Registration Card & Digital ID
Registration cards will be mailed to your registered address approximately three months before the event.
Please bring your registration card to the reception desk on the day.

- No cancellations or refunds are accepted after payment.
Please confirm before proceeding with your registration. - Registration requires a Quintessence Publishing site account.
For multiple registrations, unique participant IDs and QR codes will be sent, so please register email addresses for all participants. - Students must present their student ID at the reception desk on the day.
If verification is not possible, you may be required to pay the difference. - A registration card mailed after registration is required for entry. Please bring it with you.
If forgotten, entry may be delayed for identity verification. - Receipts can be downloaded from My Page . To change the recipient name, please contact us after registration.
- Personal information registered at the time of application will be used only for the operation of this event and future announcements.
